Beta-interest requests
If you use the interest form, RingRaised records the contact email, the role you choose, your contact permission and the submission time. If you allow analytics, an approved campaign or source code may also be saved with the request. We use that request to follow up about beta access and launch. It does not create an app account or a paid subscription.
Requests are stored with our database provider, Supabase. Use an adult contact email and leave children’s names, animal health details and other private records out of the form.
Support email
If you email support@ringraised.com, the message and information you include are handled through our support mailbox so we can respond. Please do not send passwords or active sign-in links.
Optional website analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow optional analytics. It measures public page visits, approved campaign sources and actions such as opening a demo or successfully sending an interest request. It is not loaded on signed-in workspaces, sign-in pages or password-reset pages.
The analytics events are designed to omit contact emails, names, account and animal identifiers, messages, health records, receipt details and raw URL query strings. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this website integration.
You can decline optional analytics and still use the website, or change your choice below. Analytics preferences are remembered on your device. Google Analytics may use its own cookies after you allow it.
Website operation and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. The interest form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. These services may process technical information about a request or device to operate the site and check submissions.
Sign-in uses the account service and storage needed to maintain the website session. Optional marketing analytics are separate from that sign-in process.
Private family records
Public demos use fictional records. Actual family records require sign-in and the relevant family membership or sharing permission. Families choose which animals and categories connected advisors or breeders can see. The website analytics integration does not read those records.
Your choices and requests
To withdraw an interest request, ask about information associated with your account, or request deletion, contact support@ringraised.com. We may need to verify account authority before acting. Family members can use the website’s Download records section for supported exports.
